Christmas with no Snow...
.... isn't really Christmas.
So, I'm going to Germany this weekend to find some. Hopefully, the Munich Christmas markets will deliver the cold, snowy weather that is forecast and get some lovely bits and bobs to take home.
I'm also going to be on the lookout for street venders who sell the wonderful candied nuts that I love.
I try to make these at home, but my pan doesn't get hot in the same way that these copper ones do, so the candy coating is not "quite" the same.
