November Reading List

This month, the list is short.  In part that is due to some traveling I did to Amsterdam, and in part due to the holiday season and the uptick in parties that need to be attended.

1. Just One Evil Act by Elizabeth George- I'm having a hard time believing that this is the 18th book in this series.  I love it: the characters are engaging, the writing is excellent, and the issues are real.  In this book, Barbara Havers is really the focus and Lynley takes a supporting role.  This book questions what people can or should sacrifice for their friends and the answers may surprise you.  One of the things that I love about these books is how the relationship between Havers and Lynley has grown over the years.  What was at first oil and water has become something much more dynamic.
