NaNoWriMo Go!
Today is the first day of NaNoWriMo, National Novel Writing Month. I have sign-up for what may be a folly, but I'm going to try and write 50,000 words this month in an ordered way that may be taken as a novel by someone at a future date.
Today I have met my daily word goal: 1667 words. In fact I wrote slightly more than that: 1753 words.
I plan on meeting that goal and exceeding it every day for the next two weeks so that when we are in Oslo I can relax a bit. If I have close to 40,000 I won't even think of writing during the trip, but anything less than that and I'm asking for trouble when I come back.
